A proud native of Iperindo-Ijesa, he hails from a distinguished lineage of public service and academic excellence. He is the son of the late Chief Lere Adebayo, a respected statesman who served as Commissioner for Lands and Housing under Bola Ige and later as Commissioner for Finance during the administration of Bisi Akande in Osun State.
His mother, the late Professor Aduke Adebayo, was an accomplished academic and former Dean of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Ibadan, leaving behind a legacy of intellectual leadership and educational advancement.
With roots deeply grounded in service, leadership, and excellence, he carries forward a heritage committed to the development of society and the empowerment of his people.
Ladi Omo Lere Adebayo is a dynamic and visionary leader whose career spans law, enterprise, agriculture, and community development. Widely known as Omo Lere, he has built a reputation as a results-driven professional committed to creating sustainable impact at both local and national levels.
At the core of his journey is a strong legal foundation. Omo Lere is a barrister qualified to practice in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and Ireland, reflecting his global outlook and intellectual depth. His legal career covers key areas such as commercial law, property and land law, human rights, and immigration. Through years of practice, he has developed exceptional skills in advocacy, negotiation, and policy interpretation, tools that position him as a capable and effective leader in governance and public service.
Beyond the courtroom, Omo Lere has distinguished himself as a forward-thinking entrepreneur, particularly in the agricultural sector. As the founder of Morayoluwa Farms in Iperindo-Ijesa, located in Atakumosa East Local Government Area, he has spent over 15 years building a modern and sustainable agribusiness. His operations, which include cattle ranching, piggery, and poultry, stand as a practical demonstration that structured and large-scale farming can thrive in Nigeria. With a herd of over 200 cattle, his farm reflects both his commitment to innovation and his belief in agriculture as a key driver of economic growth.
His vision for agriculture extends beyond production. Ladi Omo Lere Adebayo is actively developing a second ranch in Isoni, Atakumosa West Local Government Area, with the goal of establishing a complete meat processing value chain. This initiative is designed to meet international standards, supply premium products to markets across the country, and contribute to national food security. At its heart, this vision is about creating jobs, empowering communities, and reducing dependence on imports.
Omo Lere’s commitment to development is deeply rooted in his belief that progress must be inclusive and felt at the grassroots level. In his hometown of Iperindo, he led the development of a modern shopping complex featuring 42 lock-up shops. This project, widely regarded as a landmark in Ijesaland, serves as a hub for local commerce and entrepreneurship. By making these spaces accessible at subsidized rates, he has empowered small business owners and stimulated economic activity, prioritizing community growth over personal gain.
In addition to his work in law and agriculture, Ladi Omo Lere Adebayo is also a leader in technology and enterprise. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of 2AG Integrated and Tailored Solutions Limited, a company focused on delivering innovative, technology-driven solutions within Nigeria’s gaming and lottery industry. Under his leadership, the company has developed impactful projects such as Imole Millionaire, a weekly raffle initiative supported by the Osun State Government. This project highlights his ability to build strategic partnerships between the private and public sectors while delivering value to stakeholders.
Throughout his career, Omo Lere has demonstrated a consistent ability to turn ideas into reality. His work reflects a unique combination of global exposure, entrepreneurial experience, and a strong commitment to integrity. Whether in law, business, or community development, he has remained focused on building systems that create opportunities and improve lives.
Ladi Omo Lere Adebayo does not view leadership as a position, but as a responsibility to serve and to build. His life’s work from legal practice and enterprise to agriculture and community projects illustrates his readiness to take on the challenges of leadership with purpose and determination. He stands as a leader dedicated not to empty promises, but to meaningful action and lasting impact.
